He gave up the band but still loves <br />to play and collect beautiful instruments. <br />Music has always been a creative outlet <br />for Jeremy and he uses creativity in his <br />management of projects to develop <br />Innovative strategies and out of the box <br />thinking. <br />JEREMY'S EXPERIENCE CONTNUED <br />OAK RIDGE DRIVE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />City of Rose%. Roseville, CA 12017 - 2020 <br />Jeremy Nied was responsible for managing the right-of-way plan and day-to-day <br />management including acquisition negotiations and settlements, appraisal and <br />review appraisal coordination, title and escrow coordination, and preparation of all <br />necessary acquisition documents and deeds. This project included 7 temporary <br />construction easements and 1 partial fee take. All rights were obtained under <br />budget, ahead of schedule, and without legal action <br />MIDDLE CREEK FLOOD DAMAGE REDUCTION AND ECOSYSTEM <br />RESTORATION <br />Lake County Water Resources Department I Lakeport, CA 12011 - Ongoing <br />The initial phase of this project required acquisition from 15 parcels and <br />relocation of 6 residential households and 3 businesses in accordance with State <br />and Department of Water Resources regulations. Challenges included finding <br />appropriate replacement dwellings that would allow for continuation of small <br />farming businesses and working with lenders as many of the property owners were <br />in negative equity situations. Jeremy is currently managing the next phase of the <br />project, which consists of the acquisition of 46 parcels from 26 owners. Monument <br />is providing full appraisal and acquisition services in support of the project. <br />COMMERCE AVENUE COMPLETE STREETS PROJECT <br />City of Concord I Concord, CA 12018 - 2019 <br />The project included pavement rehabilitation and complete streets improvements <br />on Commerce Avenue, from Concord Avenue to Galaxy Way. The improvements <br />included installation of a Class III bike route, ADA compliant sidewalk/driveway <br />improvements, improved street lighting, and improved access to transit. Jeremy <br />performed waiver valuations and provided acquisition services for both permanent <br />and temporary easements, and coordinated escrow services. <br />WILLOW AVENUE WIDENING PROJECT <br />This project consisted of the widening of general purpose lanes in a two mile <br />stretch of Willow Avenue between East Shepherd and East Copper Avenues. <br />The purpose of this project was to improve the flow of traffic and road safety by <br />adding a designated bike lane. In addition, the City installed curbs, gutters, and <br />street lighting improvements. Jeremy was responsible for the acquisition of eleven <br />partial fee takes and an additional drainage easement during course of project <br />Other services he provided included owner negotiations and settlements, waiver <br />valuations, appraisal coordination, title and escrow coordination, and preparation <br />of all necessary acquisition documents and deeds. <br />E. 4TH STREET 7 PRATER WAY BUS RAPID TRANSIT PROJECT <br />Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County I Reno, NV 12015 - 2017 <br />Jeremy assisted in providing RTC with the acquisition of 172 permits to enter <br />and construct. 41 permanent easements, 43 temporary construction easements, <br />32 public utility easements, 3 rights of entry/permits with UPRR, and 5 personal <br />property moves, all in accordance with state and federal regulations. Challenges <br />included working primarily with business owners who were in opposition to the <br />project due to the reduction of traffic lanes to provide for a dedicated bus rapid <br />transit lane and the impact to their businesses during the construction of the project. <br />
