An <br />avid aviator, Mike spearheaded Fuscoe's UAV drone program which captures aerial imagery and processes <br />it into 30 point cloud and topographic surveys. In addition to drone services, Mikes main specialties are <br />Geographic Information Systems and 3D visualization. He uses both to facilitate communication between <br />designers, clients and the public, and to charily design intent, resulting in streamlined project approval. <br />Mikes relevant project work includes: <br />• Rancho Guejito Aerial Tree Survey- UAV aerial tree survey of 23,000 acres in San Diego County, <br />Artificial Intelligence is being used to assess, count and sort trees and classify special vegetation. <br />• City of Lake Forest Street Pavement Assessment - Fuscaeprovidedimagecaptureandprocessing <br />of arterial streets in Lake Forest. Artificial intelligencewas used to analyze and identify sheetpovement <br />conditions. This technology helped the City to prioritize and plan annual sheet maintenance. <br />• Fairmont Miramar Hotel Revitalization, Engineering & Tree Survey - Fuscoe provided civil <br />engineering, UAV treelnventory survey, topographic and site surveys, GIS documentation and EIR <br />support. FEI provided UAV 31) Point Cloud imagery of trees, gardens, pools, buildings and surrounding <br />neighborhood. <br />• Rancho Mission Viejo PA3 Cow Camp Rood Aerial Survey - Fuscoe provided UAV aerial surveys <br />to help visualize Planning Area 3, the newest ranch -oriented community. <br />• Newland Sierra 31D Model & View Simulation - Fuscoe provided a 3D model and view simulation <br />video of the proposed residential master planned community to help build community consensus. <br />Additionally, Mike has applied our technology services to numerous projects including, Villas at Fashion <br />Island (monitor and document monthly progress of apartment construction in Newport Center in ulna -high <br />definition 4K video); ARDA Veteran's Cemetery Site Feasibility (video simulation); St. Mary's College <br />Campus Master Plan (topographic survey and aerial imagery), among others. He also established a web -based <br />GIS and file system for the City of Yorba Linda following the Freeway Fire and mudslides. <br />Mike was instrumental in obtaining Fuscoe's 2019 technology patent. Fuscoe patented its exclusive Three - <br />Dimensional Modeling from Optical Capture. He also served as a Santiago Canyon College instructor, where <br />FEI TEAM MEMBER SINCE 2004 he taught an Introduction to GIS as part of the College's Survey and Mopping Sciences curriculum. <br />F u l l c i r c I e t h, r k i n 9 <br />
