O_fMDepartment of <br />Civic Things <br />Expectations <br />• City of Santa Ana will appoint a product owner for the website. This person <br />will be responsible for making strategy decisions and lead long-term <br />continuous improvement of the website. <br />• The services outlined in this proposal will be performed remotely. <br />• From mid -December to mid -January, Rebecca will be working full-time <br />from the central European time zone so meetings will need to be <br />scheduled in the morning, pacific time. <br />Qualifications <br />Rebecca Woodbury worked in local government for 12 years and was the City of <br />San Rafael's first director of Digital Service & Open Government. In this role she <br />oversaw information technology, community engagement, service design, and <br />data analytics. She also served as the City's public information officer. <br />Rebecca developed the City's digital strategic framework and led an <br />organization -wide human -centered design training program. In 2017, Government <br />Technology named her one of the Top 25 Doers. Dreamers and Drivers and in <br />2014 she received the Rising Star award at the Municipal Management <br />Association of Northern California's Women's Leadership Summit. <br />She has bachelors and masters degrees in Public Policy, both from Mills College <br />in Oakland, California. <br />Hours and pricing <br />• $150 per hour <br />• 5-6 hours per week, up to 75 hours <br />departmentofcivicthings com 13 <br />
