Some key <br />capabilities include: <br />We utilize data such as city and county records, public filings, utility bills, census data, and <br />more to identify the responsible parties for all at -risk properties. <br />Identify <br />We notify all responsible parties oftheir obligation to register and will supply the community <br />with all the most up-to-date contact information to be used for future compliance outreach. <br />c <br />Collect and remit all fees, fines, and late fees to the City mid -month for the previousmonth, <br />• less the agreed administrative fees. <br />We provide Enforcement Reports which allow the community to cite, fine, or begin the <br />enforcement or code violation process. We also reconcile registrations collected by each <br />municipality to determine non -compliant listings. <br />Enforce <br />We monitor for all identified "at -risk" properties, accurate and current responsible party <br />contact information. <br />We view current property risks and compliance status and analyze property risk trends. <br />Monitor <br />We provide the City with easy -to -use reports that can be viewed, customized, and downloaded <br />— IF- on demand by the City at any time. <br />.
