➢ Community outreach to obtain input from residents on their ideal dog park, including up to <br />two (2) community meetings. <br />➢ Deliverables shall include up to three (3) rendered concept plans with Rough Order of <br />Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates, which incorporate City Staff input, Community input and <br />provide basis for discussion at meetings. <br />➢ Phase 1 concept plan must be completed by February 15, 2022 <br />➢ Concept shall be approved by City Staff <br />Phase 2: Finalize Concept Plan with Dog Park Features <br />Design development will involve the schematic development of concept plans based upon the <br />approved conceptual layout design plan in Phase 1. This includes draft "opinion of estimated cost'. <br />Pre -Design plan will include up to three (3) meetings with City Staff (facilitated by consultant) to <br />obtain input and finalize concept plan. Consultant shall assist in attaining community feedback, which <br />may include up to two (2) community meetings <br />➢ Finalized concept will include detailed dog park features such as items listed above. <br />➢ Community outreach to obtain input from residents on their ideal dog park, including up to <br />two (2) community meetings. <br />➢ Deliverables shall include up to three (3) rendered concept plans, which incorporate City Staff <br />input, Community input and provide basis for discussion at meetings. <br />➢ Final Concept shall be approved by City Staff <br />➢ Deliverables shall include Phase 1 and Phase 2 Concept Plans and a finalized "Opinion of <br />Probable Cost". <br />➢ 70% of Phase 2 Concept plans must be completed by March 15, 2022 <br />Final Opinion of Probable Cost <br />Consultant shall provide updated opinion of probable construction cost which shall reflect finalized <br />concept plans, materials, systems, details of construction, and known or anticipated changes in the <br />bidding market relative to the project. Should project scope exceed available budget, project <br />plans/specifications will be phased as appropriate. <br />Fee Proposal: <br />In addition to Section IV.13.3 (Submittal Requirements: Fee Proposal) fee schedule shall be itemized <br />per subtask but structured to correspond to the above mentioned tasks as follows: <br />Task 1: Overall Layout Concept <br />- Three (3) Architectural rendering 2D Color (concept site plan) <br />Task 2: Finalize Concept with Dog Park Features <br />Three (3) Architectural rendering 2D Color (concept site plan) <br />- Architectural rendering 3D — Color (site plan, isometric) <br />- Architectural rendering 3D — Color (pedestrian view) <br />- 3D Animation of project area <br />Total Fee: <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 21-119 <br />Page Al-3 <br />
