<br />extensive community outreach included canvassing and
<br />facilitating community workshops and meetings, leading
<br />and coordinating a community built project, developing a
<br />neighborhood vision plan, and creating conceptual plans for
<br />a variety of different projects including a park, plaza and
<br />commercial area. He has expertise in concept development
<br />graphic illustration techniques and project planning. He has
<br />experience in managing and directing professional staff in
<br />a dynamic atmosphere and excellent communication skills.
<br />His ability to analyze project objectives and work closely with
<br />clients, architects, and engineers provides a solid foundation
<br />for reaching the successful completion of projects. He holds
