The health literacy interventions were implemented in adherence with the National CLAS <br />Standards. <br />2. The health literacy interventions reached their target population described in the Disparity <br />Impact Statement. <br />3. There were any changes in access, use and outcomes of program activities, especially <br />COVID-19 testing, contact tracing, vaccination. <br />The City of Santa Ana and the OC Health Equity COVID-19 Community Academic Partnership <br />(OCHEC-CAP) have partnered to implement the Health Equity And Literacy in OC (HEAL-OC) <br />Initiative.
