Approve Appropriation Adjustment and Amendment to Agreement with Butier <br />Engineering, Inc. for Construction Engineering Services to Increase the Agreement <br />Amount by $379,714 and the Contingency by $56,957, for a Total Amount Not to <br />Exceed $986,671 (Non -General Fund) <br />Department(s): Public Works Agency <br />Recommended Action: 1. Approve an appropriation adjustment (2022-017) <br />recognizing prior -year fund balance of $681,343 in the Sewer Connection Fee Fund, <br />Sewer Connection Projects, Prior Year Carry -Forward revenue account, and <br />appropriating the same amount into the Sewer Connection Projects, Improvements <br />Other Than Building expenditure account. (Requires five affirmative votes) <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement amendment for construction <br />engineering services with Butier Engineering, Inc. for construction engineering <br />services to increase the agreement amount by $379,714 and the contingency by <br />$56,957 for a total agreement amount of $986,671, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021- <br />XXX). <br />3.
