Award a Contract to Waterline Technologies Inc., in an Amount not to Exceed <br />$825,000 for up to a Four-year Term for Water Treatment Chemicals (Specification <br />21-072) (General and Non -General Fund) <br />Department(s): Parks, Recreation, and Community Services and Public Works <br />Agency <br />Recommended Action: Award a contract to Waterline Technologies Inc., for water <br />treatment chemicals, in the amount of $225,000 for an initial term through August 31, <br />2022, with provisions for three one-year renewal periods, for annual amounts of <br />$200,000 and a total contract amount of $225,000, exercisable by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney. <br />19.
