staff and volunteers will spend a combined total of approximately 27 hours <br />on this task throughout calendar year 2022. <br />5. Pay the AEP6 Cost -Sharing Participation Fee <br />Each Arts & Economic Prosperity 6 study partner is required to pay a <br />subsidized participation fee. This cost -sharing fee is calculated based on a <br />variety of factors including the size of the region being studied, the number <br />of organizations that are eligible to be surveyed, the number of audience - <br />intercept surveys that are required for analysis, the complexity of the <br />econometric modeling that is required, and more. The fee is applied to the <br />costs associated with project management, data entry, data cleaning and <br />analysis, the economic modeling, and the design, production, and delivery of <br />the final reports and other ancillary resources. In addition to this cost -sharing <br />study participation fee required of the City of Santa Ana, it is important to <br />note that this study for the City of Santa Ana is subsidized by a significant <br />contribution by the Ruth Lilly Fund of Americans for the Arts. Finally, <br />additional funding for this national study may be provided by other local, <br />regional, state, and national partners and sponsors. <br />CAREFULLY REVIEW AND COMPLETE THE NEXT PAGE (Page 10). <br />I. Review the BASE PARTICIPATION FEE for the City of Santa Ana. <br />2. Select any ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES that the City of Santa Ana <br />chooses to add to this contract. Detailed descriptions of the additional <br />opportunities can be found in Appendix B on Pages 17-20 of this <br />contract. <br />3. Calculate the TOTAL CONTRACT FEE for the City of Santa Ana by <br />adding together the Base Fee plus the fees associated with any selected <br />additional opportunities. Write the Total Contract Fee in the space <br />provided. <br />4.
