As a resident of <br /> ward 3, 1 encourage you to ensure that the new ward boundaries are drawn in a way that ties communities together. By <br /> that I mean that the wards should group together neighborhoods that share common resources of the city----schools, <br /> roads, shopping centers, etc. ---so that the voters of each ward have a shared perspective and common interests.
