This program aims to provide professional and
personal growth opportunities to staff in the department. Amy Paul will lead the engagement with
support from Rebekah Kramer.
Workshop Approach
Based on our meeting with your management team and the desire to provide an interactive training
experience with tools that can be used at work and individually, we will facilitate yourtraining day with
a program based on "Leadership: An Art of Possibility." We have used this program with several clients
and have received many positive responses to the program. The following describes the plan of work
anticipated for the engagement.
The training is designed around a video program that will reframe the idea of leadership from whatever
position a person has in the organization. Through the video and a series of interactive exercises,
employees will rethink what leadership is and what is possible. This powerful message and helpful tools
are sure to have a lasting impact on employees.
Activity 1— Prepare for the Training
We will design the training based on your needs and prepare materials that include a draft agenda, slide
deck, and workbook. Amy and Rebekah will review the draft materials with you and finalize them based
on your feedback. They will provide the workbook to you for duplication before the workshop and
coordinate with designated staff about training logistics. We anticipate onsite training.
Activity 2 — Conduct the Training Workshop
In January or February, Amy and Rebekah will facilitate the Community Development workshop. The
half -day workshop will allow participants to engage with the program and each other and learn new
ways of thinking about leadership and communicating with a positive enthusiasm.
Facilitators
As mentioned previously, Amy Paul and Rebekah Kramer will lead the day.
