MINUTES: This consent Item - Core Agreement No. 2022-008 was approved. <br />23. Approve Agreements with KDC Systems, Trimax, and Instrument Control Services for <br />Water Resources Control Panel Building Services for a Total Amount not to Exceed <br />$750,000 for up to a Five -Year Term (Non -General Fund) <br />Department(s): Public Works Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements with <br />KDC Systems, Trimax, and Instrument Control Services to provide control panel <br />building services, for a three-year term beginning January 18, 2022, and expiring <br />January 17, 2025, with provisions for one, two-year renewal period exercisable by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney, with a shared aggregate amount not to exceed of <br />$750,000, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (Agreement No. 2022-XXX). <br />MINUTES: This consent Item - Core Agreement No. 2022-009 was approved. <br />24.
