Approve an appropriation adjustment (2022-102) to <br />recognize $3.8 million in Proposition 68 Urban Flood Protection grant funding from <br />the California Natural Resources Agency into the PWA Enterprise Capital Grants, <br />State Grant -Direct revenue account and appropriate the same amount into the CNRA <br />Urban Flood Protection, Improvements Other Than Building expenditure account. <br />(Requires five affirmative votes) <br />2.
