<br />year fund balance of $582,500 in the Residential Development District 2 Fund, Prior
<br />Year Carry Forward revenue account, and appropriate the same amount into the
<br />Residential Development District 2, Acquisition and Development, Improvements
<br />Other Than Building expenditure account. (Requires five affirmative votes)
<br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment to recognize prior -year fund balance of
<br />$50,000 in the Sanitary Sewer Capital Fund, Prior Year Carry Forward revenue
<br />account, and appropriate the same amount into the Capital Recovery Charges,
<br />Improvements Other Than Building expenditure account. (Requires five affirmative
<br />votes)
<br />3. Approve an amendment to the Project Cost Analysis to reflect the new amount of
<br />$392,938.40 for contract administration, inspection and testing, and a $760,000
<br />project contingency for unanticipated or unforeseen work, subject to non -substantive
<br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney.
<br />4. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Capital Improvement Program
<br />in the amount of $632,500, which includes $82,500 in construction engineering funds
<br />and $550,000 for construction contingency funds, for the Santiago Park Gas House
<br />Project.
