(Requires five affirmative votes) <br />MINUTES: City Manager Kristine Ridge noted that there is no presentation and that <br />staff is available to answer any questions. <br />Mayor Sarmiento opened the public hearing at 9:52 p.m. <br />Clerk of the Council, Daisy Gomez, noted that there was no written correspondence <br />received or in -person request to speak on item.
