Additional Scope of Services <br />N-2021-060 <br />PROPOSAL FOR SANTA ANA <br />PUBLIC RECORDS ACT TRAINING <br />The President of Gladwell Governmental Services, Inc. (GGS), Diane R. Gladwell, will <br />provide a course syllabus and presentation / handouts, to be reviewed and approved by <br />the City in advance of the training. <br />GGS will then provide two classes via videoconference, so employees can attend without <br />short -staffing their departments. <br />Deliverables: <br />All preparation, course syllabus, presentation <br />Two one -hour videoconference classes (which the City may record fortheir internal <br />use in the future.) <br />Total Cost: $960 <br />Under the direction of the CITY, CONSULTANT shall provide records management policy <br />or procedures development or review, employee training, advice, and other services as <br />directed. <br />Cost: $120 / hour for off -site services <br />$150 / hour for on -site services, with a four-hour minimum, which includes all travel <br />reimbursement costs. <br />
