County will no longer be able to terminate without cause. <br /> D. City and County may agree to individualized services if the resulting <br /> service level will not conflict with state or federal statutes and not <br /> endanger the public health. <br /> E. The FOAB is changed to the City Managers Association Animal Care <br /> Committee (CMAAC) and will be constituted at the discretion of the <br /> cities.
