County of Orange Information Technology Usage Policy (Attachment III. <br />The new workforce member shall document that they have read, understand and will adhere to <br />the policies stated in the SSA I-6 policy and procedures document by signing the document <br />titled: "Agreement to Comply with the Orange County Social Services Agency Information <br />Technology Security and Usage Policy" (Attachment VI). This document also includes the SSA <br />Confidentiality Agreement and serves as documentation of completion of the SSA Information <br />Security Rules of the Road training presentation. This action must occur prior to a workforce <br />member being provided with access to Confidential Information. <br />Maintain this signed "Agreement to Comply with the Orange County Social Services Agency <br />Information Technology Security and Usage Policy" (Attachment VI) for three years after the <br />non -County workforce member separates from SSA. If this workforce member requires access to <br />the SSA network or databases (i.e. shared drives, Ca1WIN, OnBase, CWS/CMS, SSA Intranet, <br />etc. ), a copy of the signed "Agreement to Comply with the Orange County Social Services <br />Agency Information Technology Security and Usage Policy" (Attachment VI) shall be provided <br />to SSA IT.
