Bus Pass Subsidy Program <br />Council proposed a 30% subsidy for the purchase of a <br />Regular 30-Day Pass by Santa Ana residents. <br />Based on the annual ridership over the last three years, the <br />cost for the subsidy is $500k to $1M per year. <br />The cost is an estimate as OCTA does not track customer <br />addresses, and is based on the number of unique Regular <br />30-Day Pass riders traveling through Santa Ana per year, <br />some of which may not be Santa Ana residents. <br />
