At times, technology has proven to be a barrier for the <br />community members when trying to schedule an <br />appointment or even access a community resource. <br />To alleviate this barrier, Promotores will be trained on <br />providing participants with information about upcoming <br />vaccination or testing clinic. Promotores will directly <br />assist a participant with scheduling an appointment if <br />needed. Additionally, the number to LHA's Call Center <br />will be distributed during the various forms of <br />Outreach. The Call Center can assist participants by <br />referring them to appropriate community resources, <br />provide information about COVID-19 vaccination and <br />testing, and, if needed, directly assist in the scheduling <br />of an appointment. <br /> <br />
