C - FIRM & TEAM EXPERIENCE <br /> Mercer County Parks Portfolio — Mercer County, NJ <br /> Client: Mercer County Parks Commission, 197 Blackwell Road, Pennington, New <br /> Jersey <br /> Contact: Mr. Joseph Pizza — Project Manager & Karl Thomas (609) 847-3023 <br /> Portfolio AEI prepared Facility Condition Assessments in accordance with ASTM <br /> Discussion: E2018-15 on a portfolio of 27 county-owned properties which ranged in size <br /> from 1,482 SF to 43,796 SF of building area. The buildings and site <br /> improvements were associated with parks, recreation areas, farms, golf <br /> courses, as well as nature and wildlife centers. The scope of work also <br /> included a tier I ADA Survey for each facility. Joseph Slobada acted as the <br /> project manager and performed senior level technical review. All FCAs were <br /> completed within a 60-calendar day time frame and AEI utilized FCA data <br /> collection tablets and FCA report development software. <br /> Presentation: Narrative FCA reports with geo-coded photos, equipment/condition <br /> inventories, ADA accessibility data and cost estimates for future maintenance <br /> and replacements.
