Mechanical Engineering; University of California, Irvine <br /> Mr. Peck provides project management to ensure ASTM compliance and satisfaction of <br /> client requirements for Facility Condition Assessments, Property Conditions Assessments, <br /> as well as Property Status Reports. Property Condition Assessments include identifying the <br /> structural framing, foundations, HVAC systems, MEP systems, roof systems and exterior <br /> finishes of a property. As part of the Project Status Reports, Mr. Peck observes overall <br /> progress of construction sites and interior renovation projects as well as the different <br /> building systems over the duration of construction. <br /> RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br /> • Faith-based — Field assessment and Facility Condition Assessment Report <br /> preparation of project buildings for the purposes of providing prioritization and <br /> budgeting of observed deferred maintenance, and anticipated capital expenditures <br /> related to building system and component upkeep. Prioritization included health and <br /> safety assessment related to site access and system usage. <br /> • Industrial/Manufacturing Portfolio - Field assessment and Property Condition <br /> Assessment Report preparation of 1.3 MM SF building for the purposes of providing <br /> flood damage assessment. Building systems were mapped against flood plain <br /> elevations and costs of maximum loss were estimated. <br /> • Commercial Office - Field assessment and Property Condition Assessment Report <br /> preparation of 350,000 SF building for the purposes of providing pre-acquisition <br /> budgeting of observed deferred maintenance. . <br /> • Hospitality - Field assessment and Property Condition Assessment Report <br /> preparation of 67-story high-rise building for the purposes of providing pre-acquisition <br /> budgeting of observed deferred maintenance. <br /> • Educational - Field assessment and Facility Condition Assessment Report preparation <br /> of k-5 school for the purposes of providing budgeting and cost estimated to mitigate <br /> deferred maintenance. <br /> Prior to joining AEI Consultants, Mr. Peck performed independent property and casualty <br /> insurance audits, property risk assessments, building fire rating surveys and fire protection <br /> gradings.
