Aided Client in developing repair/replacement hierarchy and <br /> prioritization schedule. <br /> • University of Alabama — Mechanical engineering assessment to forecast MEP <br /> systems and life cycle replacement recommendations. Evaluation scope included 10+ <br /> MM SF, 195 structures composed of modern construction, historical buildings, <br /> residential high-rise buildings, sports complexes, science institutions, and senior living <br /> facilities. <br /> • Evergreen School District — Managed and directed multi-disciplinary team on <br /> portfolio of 18 elementary and middle school campuses of the Evergreen School <br /> District as well as the district's main administrative offices.
