L.A. COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />COUNTY -OWNED LEASING AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT <br />Paragon has been providing the County with as -needed real estate services for more than 20 years. Services <br />include land title, right of way engineering, mapping, appraisal, acquisition and relocation. Recent projects <br />include extensive work involving property management and lease negotiations. Paragon worked with the <br />County of Los Angeles Chief Executive Office to provide .Property Management/Lease Negotiation Services <br />for more than 120 properties for the County's Department of Public Works. Included on the property were 22 commercial/industrial retail units from which <br />various automobile repair, printing, framing, marketing and piano businesses operate and a 700 unit <br />storage business.
