ALAMEDA CORRIDOR EAST CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY (ACE) <br />DURFEE ROAD GRADE SEPARATION <br />Paragon provided interim and long term property management for the $78AM Durfee Road Grade Separation. <br />The project separated the roadway and the railroad tracks on Durfee Avenue in the City of Pico Rivera. Interim <br />management included management of property acquired and to be used for project construction. All property <br />management activities were carried out in a professional, cost-effective, and timely manner consistent with <br />Caltrans procedures and California Department of Real Estate requirements. The project is currently ongoing <br />and on schedule.
