Demolition Demolition contractors will be selected based on the lowest responsible bid from at <br />Coordination least three (3) bids. When required, we will ensure the payment of prevailing wages <br />and will give City staff the opportunity to review all procurement procedures and <br />make final selection on the recommended demolition contractor(s) provided that all <br />demolition work being contracted at one time does not exceed $25,000. Prior to the <br />release of any funds to pay any invoices, we will provide proof that said demolition <br />services were successfully rendered. Contracts for demolition in excess of $25,000 <br />will need to be approved by the governing board of the City and will be executed by <br />the City. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Records of proposals, invoices and payments <br />• Proof of demolition services rendered <br />LESSONS LEARNED <br />Recent property management work performed for the City of Santa Ana, has enabled Paragon to prepare a <br />"lessons learned" guidebook for the best practices in property management. These include lists of contacts, <br />checklists, and schedules to assist in continued responsive property management support. <br />IMPORTANT CONTACTS <br />We have established a list of Important Contacts for the City of Santa Ana Property Management.
