north of Memory Lane is not a through street and that helps calm traffic on that
portion. Flower Street, south of the Santiago Creek bridge has a median and
narrower streets which help slow traffic, same as Memory Lane (east of Bristol).
Our section of the street has been left behind on development and it is becoming
increasingly unsafe.
I along with many homeowners on North Flower work hard to preserve and
maintain the dignity of our homes. We have a Key and several Contributive
historical homes that we as homeowners are proud to restore and maintain to
honor our City's rich history, we only ask that the City provide us with the similar
consideration it has given to our adjoining neighborhoods.
All the best,
Carol Cossaboom
2606 N.
