Reports include: <br />• Pictures of existing meter and vault conditions <br />• Assessment of safety protocol for installation activities <br />133) Olea Meter Installation and Removal Services <br />• Olea will provide all tools and equipment necessary to install MHA Equipment for each meter <br />selected <br />• Olea will coordinate with Utility staff for scheduling the date and time of meter installations <br />• Olea will be liable for any and all damage to Utility's meter and meter vault (if applicable) during <br />installation of MHA equipment <br />• This Scope includes one removal and one reinstallation for each meter location in order to facilitate <br />Utility's meter repairs at a given location. <br />• Upon completion of the Validation Period, Olea will uninstall and remove MHA Equipment from all <br />Utility meters, unless Utility notifies Olea it wishes to continue services by separate agreement. <br />Olea will patch any holes that have been drilled. <br />P4) Olea Meter Health Monitoring Services <br />• Olea will provide access and training to the Olea Analytics Utility Dashboard for use by up to 10 <br />unique users. <br />• Olea will establish the monitoring service at each location with daily communication. <br />• Olea will issue initial finding reports for each meter 14 days after the Olea Meter Health Equipment <br />has been installed, using a minimum of seven daysof metering information, unless Olea notifies client <br />that more time is needed for a specific issue. <br />• Olea will issue repair reports to Utility staff identifying meters in need of repair and specific repair <br />actions to be taken. <br />• Olea will coordinate with Utility to be onsite for initial meter repairs by the city to ensure that Olea's <br />meter analysis is interpreted correctly and to consult on meter repairs. <br />• Upon meter repair by Utility staff, Olea will validate that the repairs were completed as intended <br />within 15 days after the Olea Meter Health Equipment has been reinstalled, using a minimum of <br />seven days of metering information. <br />• On meters not requiring a repair, or in the monitoring phase of the Meter Health Monitoring Service, <br />Olea shall monitor the information from the meters. <br />P5) Repairs and/or Accuracy Validations <br />• The Utility is responsible for the meter repairs within© days following Olea's notification of a <br />required repair. <br />
