Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF WORK - REVISED <br />Details of the Youth Program/Service, Tasks, Duration, and Deliverables <br />Training and ReseKGh for Teens and Bullying Prevention Curriculum <br />These activities will be conducted as originally stated however the timeline will change, <br />The original timeline called for teens meeting once a week after school for approximately <br />15-20 hours per year from September through October and March through May each year <br />for two years. Research and training would have been conducted several times during the <br />two-year period as new teens were recruited however with the new timeline this will <br />occur only once with teens who are recruited at the beginning of the program. <br />The curriculum will be reduced from 11 weeks per year to 35 days total. The new <br />timeline will be as follows: <br />July - August 2022 <br />• Outreach and Recruitment for Teens <br />• Intake, Assessment, and Orientation <br />September — October, 2022 <br />• Research and Training <br />• Prep for November Camp <br />November, 2022 <br />• Conduct November Camp (3 days) <br />• Prep for December Camp <br />December, 2022 <br />• Conduct Winter Camp (8 days) <br />January — February, 2023 <br />• Produce Advocacy Materials <br />March — April, 2023 <br />• Prep for Spring Camp <br />• Conduct Spring Camp (5 days) <br />May — June, 2023 <br />• Prep for Summer Camp <br />• Conduct Summer Camp (19 days) <br />National Bullying Prevention Month Activitigs <br />This activity will still be conducted but on a much smaller scale, The goal will be to have <br />the teens promote anti -bullying on social media and to participate in at least one activity <br />intended to raise awareness of bullying. <br />20 <br />
