Content Overview <br />■ With the assistance of our Instructional Design Team, you will complete a brief needs <br />assessment to ensure the training your people receive is on target and personalized to <br />your organization's needs. From beginning to end, you will be guided by and have <br />immediate access to the top experts within our organization. They will ensure you get <br />what you want when you want it and at a cost that is surprisingly affordable. <br />■ We believe in learning by doing, not just by listening. All of our workshops require a high <br />level of participation by the learner. Transfer of skills to the workplace is stressed <br />through action planning during each workshop. <br />■ Methods of presentation include discussions, case studies, non -threatening role play, <br />exercises, video, brief lectures and inventories. Class exercises and case studies are <br />customized to the client's industry, typically at no additional charge to the client. <br />■ Workshop content is practical and useful in real office, factory, classroom and virtual <br />situations. Although each workshop is based on solid adult learning theory and enough <br />theory is discussed to provide participants with a foundation, these are not "theoretical" <br />or "academic" programs. The course content is, above all, realistic and practical. <br />■ Our train -the -trainer content is mapped to the competencies for learning and <br />development professionals recommended by the Association for Talent Development <br />(ATD) and the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and <br />Instruction (IBSTPI). We have been instrumental over the years in the development, <br />review and updating of these competencies. <br />■ Our content is current, reliable and fresh and incorporates our own research, "state of <br />the art" practices in the industry and feedback from past participants and our Certified <br />Master Facilitators. <br />■ Participant involvement and engagement are paramount. Workshops are analyzed using <br />a Training Clinic copyrighted exclusive technique to select the best training method to <br />communicate the content while maintaining learners' interest. Lectures are kept to a <br />minimum. <br />■ We have more available workshops and content for you to choose from to sharpen your <br />learners' skills than any other provider.
