If our instructor is unable to return home on the night of the workshop, a $200 travel fee is charged. Planning, preparation and customization of our workshops is done remotely via telephone and email. This allows us to keep our professional fees competitive. In the unusual situation when an onsite visit is indicated or requested, there is no additional charge for a one -hour consultation. Pre -workshop consultations and customizing of more than an hour are billed at our consulting rate of $375/hour. VIRTUAL INSTRUCTOR -LED WORKSHOPS Typically, a one -day equivalent workshop is delivered in two, 3-hour synchronous sessions with off -air assignments, feedback and coaching (please refer to the previous table for pricing on how our ILT programs convert to VILT sessions). We offer Adobe Conect as our virtual platform and require technical producer to help facilitate the process. We would be happy to provide our Technical Producer for an additional fee. If you have an alternative platform you would prefer us to use, you would need to provide a Technical Producer for our instructor. We typically follow the best practice use of two trainers per synchronous session that runs over 90 minutes in length or supports over 20 learners. Our Technical Producer is also a Certified Master Facilitator, so she has dual roles while online. We also offer customized sessions that can vary in length from 60 minutes to 4 hours depending on need and topic. CONSULTING AND DESIGN WORK Consulting work is billed at $375 per hour for on -site and off -site work. On -site work is billed at $3000 per day and a minimum of $2000 per on -site visit. Design work is billed at $375 per hour both for design and design review. Travel expenses are only billed at cost when an overnight is required. In compliance with IRS regulations, receipts are only provided for meal expenses over $25.00. If air travel is involved, coach accommodations are used and any discounted rate available from the airline is sought.
