WORKSHOP MATERIALS <br />For each of our workshops we have designed a comprehensive workbook. We customize the <br />exercises and case studies in the handout materials at no additional charge. <br />No meals, food or beverages, or training facility cost are included in this proposal. Video <br />and/or audio recording of workshops is prohibited unless specifically agreed to in writing. <br />WORKSHOP SIZE <br />All workshops presented by The Training Clinic are highly interactive and include maximum <br />involvement by the participants. Learning -by -doing is practiced throughout to ensure the <br />transfer of learning to the workplace. Due to the interactive methods used in the workshop, <br />we recommend class size be limited to 15-18 people to obtain the best results. Our Effective <br />Presentation workshops are limited to 12 due to the practice presentations given by the <br />participants. Our practice sessions for our facilitation skills workshops are limited to 10 <br />learners per practice session for ILT delivery and 5-6 learners per 3-hour VILT session. <br />INVOICING TERMS <br />Terms are net 30 days. Payment is due no later than 30 days after the last day of the <br />workshop. A late fee of 15% per month is assessed for late payment. We are pleased to <br />accept checks and electronic fund transfers for payment. Credit cards may be used for <br />payment with the addition of a 3% processing fee. <br />CANCELLATION POLICY <br />In the event of a cancellation of a scheduled workshop more than 45 days before the event, <br />there is no charge. If the Client reschedules or cancels a program less than 45 days before <br />the agreed -upon workshop date, the entire fee is due, a certificate of transfer to present the <br />workshop during the next 12 months is issued, and the Client pays a rescheduling fee <br />according to the schedule set out below: <br /># Days in advance of agreed- Percentage of fees charged for <br />upon class date changing dates <br />< 45 days 25% <br />< 10 days 50% <br />Due to the nature of today's "non-refundable' ticketing, air travel expenses and any airline <br />change fee caused by Client rescheduling or cancellation will be billed to the Client. Tickets <br />left unused beyond six months become the property of The Training Clinic. <br />In the event of our inability to conduct a workshop as scheduled, due to circumstances <br />beyond our control, The Training Clinic's liability is limited to the return of professional fees <br />only. <br />r. <br />©2022 The Training Clinic Confidential Proposal Page 14 <br />
