Section 2(a), Compensation, shall be amended to increase the maximum amount of <br />compensation by one million, seventy four thousand, three hundred and seventy six dollars <br />($1,074,376.00), which includes a contingency of sixty five thousand dollars ($65,000.00), <br />during the extended Term of said Agreement. Additionally, a revised and updated version of <br />Contractor's Fee Schedule is attached herewith as Exhibit A-3 and incorporated herein by <br />reference, which shall supplement Exhibit A-2 of the Fourth Amendment, and all previous <br />versions of the Fee Schedule. <br />2. Section 3, Term, shall be amended to extend the Term of said Agreement through November <br />30, 2022. <br />3.
