GA 1644-4 <br />Civic Center Parking <br />(Phase 1 Development) <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />Civic Center Parking <br />AGREEMENT NO. 1 <br />Adjustment to Parking Rates <br />This Agreement No. 1 is made this 1991, under the authority <br />delegated per paragraph 25 of the of i he Development Agreement between the City <br />of Santa Ana and the County of Orange, dated December 16, 1987, and amended <br />August 7, 1991, <br />By this mutual written agreement the Director of the General services Agency of, <br />the County of Orange and the City Manager of the City of Santa Ana hereby adjust <br />the monthly parking rate charged for County of Orange and City of Santa Ana <br />employees in the Site 2 Parking Structure (the Courthouse Parking Structure) <br />from $100,per month to the rate of $40 per month. This rate of $40 per month is <br />equal to the rate charged for monthly parking in the Site 1 Parking Structure <br />(the Stadium Parking Structure) and is consistent with the provisions of said <br />paragraph 25 of the Development Agreement. <br />In the event that the Stadium Parking Structure monthly rate is increased or <br />decreased, then this Courthouse Parking Structure monthly rate for county and <br />City employees will be automatically adjusted to remain equal to said Stadium <br />Parking S;ructurq/�r—Ote. <br />i <br />¢AVID N.
