GA 1544.4 <br />Civic Center Parking <br />(Phase 1 Development) <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />Civic Center Parking <br />AGREEMENT NO.2 <br />Adjustment to Parking Rates <br />This Agreement No. 2 is made this A/ 1993, under the authority delegated <br />per paragraph 25 of the Development Aireement between the City of Santa Ana and the County <br />of Orange, dated December 15, 1987, and amended August 7, 1991, <br />By this mutual written agreement the Director of the General Services Agency of the County of <br />Orange and the City Manager of the City of Santa Ana hereby adjust the monthly parking rate <br />charged to the general public at the Site 2 Parking Structure (the Courthouse Parking Structure) <br />from $100 per month to the rate of $75 per month. This rate of $75 per month, which is <br />competitive in the Civic Center area and is consistent with the provisions of said paragraph 25 <br />of the Development Agreement, shall become effective July 1, 1993. <br />DAVID N.
