PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />NEW JERSEY CHANGES - <br />COVERAGE AND EXCLUSION - LIABILITY FOR <br />HAZARDS OF LEAD - MULTIPLE PREMISES <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />A. For premises constructed in or after 1978 or <br />premises constructed prior to 1978 which have <br />been certified, prior to the policy period, as being <br />free of existing lead hazards pursuant to stan- <br />dards established by the Department of Commu- <br />nity Affairs, the following is added to Exclusion f., <br />Pollution, of Paragraph 2., Exclusions, under <br />Section 1, ..Coverage A — Bodily Injury And <br />Property Damage Liability and to any amend- <br />ment to the pollution exclusion which is added by <br />endorsement to this policy: <br />2. Exclusions <br />f. Pollution <br />This exclusion does not apply to "bodily in- <br />jury" arising out of lead contamination, or <br />out of the inhalation, ingestion, use, han- <br />dling or contact with lead paint at or from <br />any premises, site or location which is or <br />was at any time owned or occupied by, or <br />rented or loaned to any insured. <br />This provision will also apply to any premises <br />which receives such certification during the policy <br />period, but only if you notify us of such certifica- <br />tion within 30 days after the certification is re- <br />ceived, and only for "bodily injury" which occurs <br />after such certification. <br />B.
