Under the Commercial Auto Coverage Part, the <br />term "family member" is replaced by the following: <br />"Family member" means a person related to the: <br />1. Individual Named Insured by blood, adoption, <br />marriage or civil union recognized under New <br />Jersey law, who is a resident of such Named <br />Insured's household, including a ward or foster <br />child; or <br />2. Individual named in the Schedule by blood, <br />adoption, marriage or civil union recognized <br />under New Jersey law, who is a resident of the <br />individual's household, including a ward or fos- <br />ter child, if the Drive Other Car Coverage — <br />Broadened Coverage For Named Individual <br />Endorsement is attached. <br />C.
