Contract specifications shall be included in the proposed project construction documents, which shall be approved by the City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency staff. <br />Planning and Building Agency Project applicant Prior to construction <br />MM-OZ 4.2-3 The developer shall require by contract specifications that all heavy-duty diesel-powered equipment operating and refueling at the project site would use low-NOx diesel fuel to the extent that it is readily available and cost effective (up to 125 percent of the cost of California Air Resources Board diesel) in the South Coast Air Basin at the time construction activities commence. This requirement shall not apply to diesel-powered trucks traveling to and from the project site. Contract specifications shall be included in the proposed project construction documents, which shall be approved by the City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency staff. <br />Planning and Building Agency Project applicant Prior to construction <br />MM-OZ 4.2-4 The developer shall require by contract specifications that alternative fuel construction equipment construction equipment (i.e., compressed natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, and unleaded gasoline) would be utilized to the extent feasible in the South Coast Air Basin at the time construction activities commence.
