E — RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />AEI has substantial experience in conducting Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) on large portfolios <br />of assets for government entities. AEI has a separate Capital Planning consulting team which <br />specializes in the completion of Building Condition Assessments for Municipalities, K-12 School Systems <br />and University Campuses. AEI utilizes state of the art data collection tablets and software to prepare <br />our reports. AEI's Capital Planning team also has specialized experience in working with the <br />municipalities and are specifically trained for this type of consulting. To date, AEI has completed FCA <br />reports in excess of 50 Million SF of building space. <br />AEI has substantial experience in providing these services which is outlined in the various sections of <br />this Qualifications Package. Matt Wasson, who'll be acting as the Project Manager is an expert in <br />performing Facility Condition Assessments for municipalities and university campuses. AEI will take a <br />systematic approach to completing this FCA project. As can be seen in the attached qualifications <br />package, the highlights and benefits of AEI's expertise are as follows: <br />• Expert Facility Assessment Staff — AEI's team of professionals have municipal FCA experience, <br />as well as over 200 years of combined experience in the fields of architecture, engineering, cost <br />estimating and construction management. <br />• Proven record of success in preparing FCAs on multiple park facilities. <br />• Cutting Edge Technology — AEI will be utilizing tablet PCs in order to collect and streamline <br />data, take representative photographs and perform a GPS inventory of equipment. <br />• Dedication to Customer Service - AEI's depth of staff involved with the project will ensure that <br />client questions and comments are responded to within 1 hour. <br />• Training for facilities staff with respect to all aspects of AEI's deliverables. <br />City of Bowie- Maryland Portfolio <br />Client: <br />City of Bowie Maryland <br />Contact: <br />George Stephanos — Director of Public Works (301) 262-6200; <br />gstephanos@cityofbowie.org <br />Project <br />AEI prepared Facility Condition Assessments in accordance with ASTM E2018-15 on a <br />Discussion <br />portfolio of 18 buildings comprising over 165,000 SF and site work associated with <br />several parks (concession stands, office buildings, vehicle storage and maintenance <br />buildings and the Bowie City Hall. A Tier I ADA Survey is also included in the Scope of <br />Work.
