Exhibit A <br />Kaya Farms Community Benefits and <br />Sustainable Business Practices <br />CDXX Virtuosi Group LLC, dba Kaya Farms, is owned by a group of local entrepreneurs <br />committed to operating a best -in -class commercial cannabis facility aimed at providing ample <br />benefits to our community. These benefits include: <br />• Providing re-entry jobs and on-the-job training in cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and <br />processing to the unemployed; <br />• Advertise job opportunities with Kaya Farms in the local news paper such as the Orange <br />County News and job posting websites serving the greater Santa Ana Community in an <br />attempt to achieve the desire 50% hiring from the local community; <br />• Priority hiring for qualified Santa Ana residents; <br />• Contributing a $1,000 donation to Animal Donation Advocate dba "VIDA" in the City of <br />Santa Ana; <br />• Facilitate the owners' participation in community volunteer programs throughout the City <br />of Santa Ana (e.g. Animal Donation Advocate of Santa Ana) for at least 10 hours per <br />annual quarter <br />• Partnering with local food banks (e.g. Infinite Vision IV Corp., Salvation Army, Greater <br />West Hollywood Food, and Sam Simon Foundation Feeding by gathering donations via <br />vendor/customer's discounts for donating food and clothing to be collected at designated <br />collection places; <br />• Contributing to/supporting Parks and Recreation Centers, libraries, or funding for arts, <br />culture, and environmental programs within Santa Ana city limits; and <br />• Engaging in other neighborhood improvement projects as they arise. <br />SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES: <br />• At every opportunity, make sustainable business practices an integral part of our <br />organizational business goals; <br />• At every opportunity, partner with our staff and employees to solicit ideas from them in <br />how to improve resources conservation; <br />• Continue our commitment to install and maintain only energy efficient fixtures as follows: <br />• Tankless Flush Valve Toilets with a maximum 1.6 gpf; <br />• Metering Chicago faucets with auto shut-off set at .30 seconds per flow; and <br />
