COMMUNITY RELATIONS Kaya Farms will maintain a community relations liaison as follows: Kaya Farms shall provide the City Manager or designee with the name, telephone number, and email address of an on -site community relations or staff person or other representative to whom the City can provide notice if there are operating problems associated with the commercial cannabis facility or refer members of the public who may have any concerns or complaints regarding the operation of the commercial cannabis facility. Community Relations Liaison Kaya Farms will appoint a Community Relations Liaison. The Liaison's telephone number and email address will be published. Notice of problems associated with the commercial cannabis facility can be provided to the Community Relations Liaison. In addition, there will be regular communications and interface with City of Santa Ana Police Department to ensure that the operation of the commercial cannabis facility is in compliance with local and state laws and regulations. Community Service Kaya Farms is committed to working with the City and various cannabis associations to identify ways to benefit local programs. The types of programs that our industry would naturally support and develop long-term relationships with include youth, police and public safety, health and medical, and drug education programs. We plan to be actively engaged in the establishing of a philanthropic culture in and throughout the City of Santa Ana.
