<br />Ardurra Group, Inc. (Ardurra) appreciates this opportunity to present our qualifications to the City of Santa Ana to provide on -call
<br />water resources engineering services in support of the Water Resources Division. We are submitting this proposal for four categories:
<br />1) Planning, Resources, and Design; 2) Construction Management; 3) Pipeline Design; and 4) Electrical, Instrumentation &
<br />Control. We have assembled a team ready to provide the full range of services necessary for the successful delivery of your projects.

<br />including 13 years as the Director of Public Works/City Engineer at the City of Fountain Valley where he directed the operations,
<br />maintenance, and capital improvements of a full -service water system with an annual demand of approximately 10,000 acre feet
<br />(AF), over 17,500 connections, two 5-million-gallon (MG) reservoirs, six water production wells, and 1,700-AF demand and service
<br />for reclaimed/recycled water. He applies this expertise along with innovative and cost -saving solutions to all of his projects.
<br />The capacity to provide the right staff at the right time. We have a deep bench of in-house engineers, hydraulic modelers,
<br />condition assessment experts, environmental compliance specialists, construction managers, and inspectors. Our team is
<br />competent, responsive, and conforms to California Building Standards Code/Title 24, City standards, codes and ordinances, federal
<br />grant requirements, Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM), Greenbook, APWA standards, AWWA standards and,
<br />where appropriate, LEED, DSA, and OSHPD standards.
<br />Ardurra has authorized Lisa Penna to sign this proposal and bind the firm.
