F <br />Safety Improvements at 18 Sites. The project included <br />design services for 18 sites requiring safety upgrades. A <br />PDR was prepared as well as final design services including <br />drawings and specifications. Key components of the project <br />included design of safety handrails, ladder anchor posts, <br />sealed block -self retracting lifeline, fixed ladders, safety <br />guardrails, davit arms, and other safety improvements and <br />retrofits at existing sites. <br />Capital Improvement Projects I City of Anaheim <br />Ardurra provides project <br />management and construction <br />management services to <br />oversee completion of more <br />than $57 million in capital <br />improvement projects for the <br />City of Anaheim since 2017. <br />Projects and services have <br />included the following: <br />• Fire Station No. 5. This design -build project consists <br />of the construction of approximately 2,400 LF of 6-inch ductile <br />iron CL 52 zinc -coated water main, and 200 LF of 8-inch ductile <br />iron CL 52 zinc -coated water main. The project also included <br />the replacement of fire hydrants, valves, water services, and <br />appurtenant structures. <br />• Imperial Highway and Big Sky Lane Water Main <br />Replacement. This design -build project consists of the <br />construction of approximately 3,580 LF of 12-inch C909 water <br />main,1,542 LF of 8-inch C909 water main, and 250 LF of <br />4-inch C909 water main. <br />• Santa Ana St. Railroad Water Main Crossing with Metrolink/ <br />SCRRA, This project consists of boring and jacking trenchless <br />installation method, furnishing, and installing approximately 70 <br />LF of 24-inch steel casing pipe welded joints and 12-inch zinc - <br />coated ductile iron pipe class 56 and by open -cut construction <br />method, furnishing and installing approximately 75 LF of 12-inch <br />zinc -coated ductile iron pipe class 52. <br />• Citywide Sanitary Sewer Improvement Program/Projects, <br />Group 6. Contract administration and CM for $2M project <br />to build more than 4,200 LF of 24-inch,18-inch,15-inch and <br />10-inch VCP sewer mainline. Included 19 manholes, removing <br />the existing mainline and manholes, rebuilding the street and <br />installing new traffic loops, striping and pavement markers. <br />• La Palma Water Complex — Reservoir Rehabilitation and <br />Pump Station Replacement. Provided contract administration <br />for $9.3M project. Managed demolition of 3-MG reservoir and <br />pump station and rehabilitation of 4-MG reservoir, construction <br />of new pump station, and abandonment of inactive well. <br />• Olive Street 16-inch Water Main Replacement and <br />Roadway Restoration Project. CM for the improvement of <br />water system reliability by replacing old 10- and 6-inch cast <br />iron pipe with new 16-inch ductile iron pipe. The project <br />also included the replacement of fire hydrants, valves, water <br />services, and appurtenant structures. <br />• Lincoln Avenue 16-inch Water Main from Beach Boulevard <br />to Dale Avenue. Contract administration for $2M project to <br />construct more than 5,300 LF of 16-, 12-, 10-, 8-, 6- and 4-inch <br />ductile iron pipe, 12 fire hydrants, and more than 58,500 SF of <br />asphalt concrete paving. <br />• Underground Conversion Plan Projects. Contract <br />administration and CM management for the following projects <br />as part of the City's Underground Conversion Five -Year Plan <br />and Wildfire Mitigation Plan. The initiative is relocating overhead <br />power and communications systems underground and is <br />intended to improve aesthetics, replace antiquated equipment, <br />and enhance the reliability of the area's electrical system. <br />• Rehabilitation of Pressure Regulating Stations (PRS) 30 <br />and 31 and Relocation of PRS-32 and -43 and Construction <br />of New PRS-73. Contract administration and CM services for <br />completion of various on -call water utilities projects. <br />As -Needed Engineering Design Services I Leucadia <br />Wastewater District <br />As a prime consultant, <br />Ardurra provided as -needed <br />engineering services on a task <br />order delivery basis to the <br />Leucadia Wastewater District <br />staring in 2006.
