<br />(a)Preparing,approving,orfailingto

<br />cannotbeusedorislessusefulbecause:
<br />drawings,opinions,reports,surveys,
<br />fieldorders,changeordersordrawings
<br />a.Itincorporates"yourproduct"or"yourwork"
<br />andspecifications;or
<br />thatisknownorthoughttobedefective,
<br />deficient,inadequateordangerous;or(b)Givingdirectionsorinstructions,or
<br />failingtogivethem,ifthatisthe
