Qn-Oall Water Resources Engineering Services <br />schools. The project was located in the residential streets in an area of Glendale which required our <br />team to develop construction documents that could accommodate traffic while working and a design <br />that would work with many existing utilities. <br />Kenneth and Ben Lomond Water Main Replacement Projects, Glendale eater & Power, Project <br />Manager/Engineer. 015- 016 <br />TAIT was contracted to provide design build services with JDC for the Kenneth and Ben Lomond <br />neighborhoods water main replacement projects. The project was located in residential streets in an <br />area of Glendale which requiredour team to develop construction documents that could accommodate <br />traffic while working in residential streets and a design that would work with many existing utilities. <br />Various Projects - Bank of America ADA Upgrades, Southern CA., Project Manager 018- 020 <br />TAIT was contracted to provide civil engineering and surveying services in upgradingthe ADA <br />components of various Bank of America projects across Southern California. TAIT has completed a total <br />of 36 projects to date. The upgrades include ADA parking spaces, path of travels, ramp improvements, <br />and all necessary components to upgrades the existing sites to the latest local, CBC and IBC codes. <br />Dome Depot Pasadena Project Manager - Pasadena, CA, 2018- 0 0 <br />TAIT was contracted to provide civil engineering and surveying services at a 12.5 acre site in Pasadena, <br />CA. The site was an existing office building and warehouse development. The project included' the <br />redevelopment of the existing buildings, site grading, paving and drainage improvements, wet utility <br />plans, and street improvements. Services included the preparation of a Hydrology Report and <br />Stormwater Management Report for the development. Storm water management improvements <br />included the incorporation of detention basins and drywells, throughout the site to treat storm water <br />runoff. Ms. Wohlfarth has provided construction engineering support services during construction to <br />address City and owner request changes, as well as contractor's questions. <br />Monterey Park Market la e Site Development., Monterey Park Retail Partners, 8ILr!City of Monterey <br />Park, Project Engineer/Project Coordinator, 01S-Pr esent <br />TAIT was awarded a contract with the developer, Monterey Park Retail Partners, LLC for the design of a <br />41 acre retail development within the City of Monterey Park and the City of Montebello. The design of <br />the development includes slope stabilization, retaining wall design, street improvement design, utility <br />installation, overall site development, and over 400,000 cubic yards of dirt removal and regrading. The <br />project involves three geotechnical analysis. The geotechnical analysis included recommendations for <br />the design on and near the landfill; for the slope stabilization throughout the site; and for the overall site <br />development and construction. The project utilized detailed retaining wall designs and in some areas, <br />pile designs. These retaining walls and pile designs were specially designed near SCE facilities and <br />towers. Unique construction equipment has been detailed out and coordinated for this construction.. <br />Ili T 7i__._. Appendix 1 28 <br />
