MNS provided concept <br />8r - development designs and cost estimates in conjunction with the City's contracted <br />landscape architect. The grant application secured $7.6M. <br />For the City of Greenfield, MNS prepared a Proposition 68 Statewide Park Program <br />grant application for the proposed Greenfield Park and Community Center. MNS <br />did all of the grant writing and assisted the City with production of public outreach <br />materials. Greg defined the project concept, prepared a conceptual plan layout, <br />r'and prepared a preliminary cost estimate. Monica played a key role in helping <br />� manage the MNS grants team in preparing the application and conducting <br />required public outreach. The grant application secured $5.4M.
