Greg's additional experience includes <br />transportation planning, bikeway and pedestrian facility <br />planning and project management, public infrastructure <br />coordination with railroads, traffic engineering and <br />community traffic calming, stormwater management <br />planning, water resources policy, legislative <br />management, grants management, and federal <br />advocacy. He is also the founder of the Los Angeles <br />County Flood Control District's first ever study on climate <br />change effects in partnership with the Bureau of <br />Reclamation, the Los Angeles Basin Stormwater <br />Conservation Study. The City was <br />awarded a grant of $1.4M. <br />Los Olivos Water Reclamation Program WRFP <br />Planning Grant, Los Olivos Community Services <br />District, CA. Grant Writing Manager. MNS developed a <br />Plan of Study for a Project Report following the <br />guidelines of the Clean Water State Revolving Fund <br />(CWSRF) and the Water Recycling Funding Program <br />(WRFP). The Project Report will determine the feasibility <br />and selected alternative for a wastewater collection <br />system, wastewater treatment plant, and groundwater <br />replenishment injection well system for the Los Olivos <br />Community Services District (LOCSD). The <br />unincorporated Los Olivos community in Santa Barbara <br />County manages its wastewater with onsite wastewater <br />treatment systems (septic tanks) on private parcels. <br />LOCSD is seeking to develop a comprehensive <br />wastewater collection and treatment system with <br />provision for beneficial use of its treated wastewater. The <br />Plan of Study was submitted with a WRFP application to <br />the State Water Resources Control Board. The District <br />received $75K to prepare the Project Report. <br />One Bay Area Grant Program (OBAG 2), City of <br />Pittsburg, CA. Grant Writer. As part of a grant writing <br />team, Greg prepared an application which secured <br />funding for a series of Class I bike trails and a Class IV <br />cycle track providing access to the BART Pittsburg <br />Station. <br />APPENDIX B.
