Garry Avenue <br />October 10, 2022 <br />Page 2 <br />2 <br />8 <br />7 <br />1 <br />The applicant is proposing to install two height-restriction bars on the project site to restrict <br />truck movements to the west side of the property, thereby eliminating truck traffic on the <br />east side and adjacent to the property at 1800 and 1820 East Garry Avenue. The bars <br />will be installed at the entrance to the eastern driveway and at the southeast portion of <br />the site to ensure trucks circulate away from the adjacent properties. Of the total square footage, 81,500 square feet will be used for <br />warehousing and distribution activities, and 10,000 square feet will be used for <br />supportive/ancillary office areas. A total of 10 loading docks will be provided at the rear <br />(south) portion of the building.
