o Site Layout/Construction Plans And Details (including plumbing) <br />o Site Sections, as applicable <br />o Planting Plans/Details/Notes <br />o Irrigation Plans/Details/Calculations/Notes <br />Architectural <br />o Demolition Plans <br />o Construction Plans <br />o Reflected Ceiling Plans <br />o Exterior Elevations <br />o Interior Elevations <br />o Mechanical and Plumbing Plans/T-24 <br />o Electrical Plans, as applicable <br />o Architectural Details <br />o Structural Calculations <br />o Door/Window/Finish Schedules, as applicable <br />o ADA Path of Travel design and/or signage Plan <br />Structural Engineering <br />o Structural Design and Detailing <br />Mechanical Engineering & Plumbing <br />Electrical Engineering <br />o Electrical Site Plan to include walkway/parking lot lighting, irrigation <br />o Photometrics <br />o Location of panels, switchgear, meters <br />o Schedules <br />o Details <br />o Notes, specifications <br />Plan Check & Permits: <br />Construction drawings shall be in accordance with the 2019 California Building Code and will require <br />review/approval by the City Planning and Building Agency. <br />As a condition of plan check approval, plans, specifications and structural calculations must be signed by a <br />California licensed architect / landscape architect /civil engineer/structural engineer as appropriate. <br />Additionally, the architect will be encouraged to identify their historic consultant to address questions and <br />concerns related to the historical preservation of the building. Plans shall be organized so that they can be <br />segregated cleanly for distribution to the various plan checking entities. <br />Construction drawings shall be submitted at 90% completion for review by Public Works CIP Engineering and <br />revised per their comments. The 100% complete construction drawing package will then be submitted for final <br />City review to the following City Agencies: <br />• City Manager Office <br />• Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Agency <br />• Library Services Agency <br />• Human Resources Agency <br />• Planning and Building Agency <br />• Public Works Agency CIP Engineering Division <br />The Public Works Agency Project Manager will coordinate the submittal and review process.
